Today we walked all over Halifax. First to the Public Gardens pictured here, and all around them.
Then we walked over and up to a fortress overlooking the city. It's called The Citadel. We walked all over it. Then we walked to the car and got some food from the cooler and went up to the apartment for lunch. I had some down time after 4 hours of walking but Dan went on a 20 mile bike ride. This evening we walked to a restaurant downtown for dinner then walked to the boardwalk then walked the length of the boardwalk. Then we got in the car and drove to Point Pleasant at the end of the peninsula and walked down to the beach and back up. Needless to say, I'm pooped!
