No sleep for many nights. Migraine so bad my student Kat comes over to bring me flowers and bananas and yogurt.

Wheat Grass! We juiced about six inches of growth and it was delicious. Today it has nearly grown back... I had a migraine today and spent a bit of time recuperating in bed. Finally got my act together late afternoon.

2005 was a particularly bad year in a string of three bad years I would like to forget. In December 2005 I learned that my cancer was gone, and I started to celebrate life again. 2006 was great. When it was over, I realized I'd forgotten it. Dan gave me a camera for Christmas that year and I decided not to forget another day. On January 1, 2007 I started this blog so that I would remember my life. It has worked.

I am a mother of three grown children, wife of over 33 years, a professor, a potter, a knitter and an artist, just trying to make my way in this world... one day, one photo at a time. Over TEN years of my life are documented here and I welcome your comments!

My primary camera used to be a Nikon D50 however now I use my iPhone camera when I'm out and about and my new Nikon D7100.
