 I have been helping out at the synagogue during Sunday school. Today we talked about the seven species and we dissected a pomegranate and some dates, and planted the seeds of both.

 I just love this photo of the two sisters and the twin cousins! School is fixing to start back up for me. It was a rough December with a bladder flare, and I got FMLA leave coverage for 20 hours a week if I need it. Quitting is on my mind most days.

It's been a long time, and I miss this blog. I think it helps ground me in time and space to create a story I can look back on and see where I am. I skipped much of 2023-- the year we went to Israel, the year I became Jewish, the year I started the program at school that took every ounce of my energy. 

So, starting fresh with 2024. 

Aza had little baby Ozzi last month. Jes came to visit with little Roo and big sister Rose is just loving being a big sister. It is so much fun to see the twin cousins play together. You can see the green blanket I knit for Ozzi.

Goodbye 2022. Today I cleaned a bathroom, glazed pottery, got a new bedspread, and started my black eyed peas soaking.

We left around 10am and got home just before midnight. Long day. Got home and had to sweep and clean!

Today was a simple day. Dan and I went to a pottery supply store to check out their glaze chemicals and I ended up ordering what I needed from an online source instead. I went for a walk. Watched a lot of episodes of a show that convinced me I need to exercise. Cooked dinner with the girls. Played with the babies. Tomorrow is our last day in Wisconsin. It will be really hard to say goodbye to the babies.
